I have to admit I struggled to come up with a name for this model call because of how drastically different the looks were. The makeup artist and I had so many ideas that we couldn’t land on just one theme… So we picked three! Some would say that’s bold when trying to create a cohesive collection, but we just had to create our Flower Girl, Pearl Girl, and Diamond Girl.

During this shoot, we used one backdrop from Savage Widetone in the color Almond but ended up adjusting the color in-post to compliment each model. You can see that I wanted a softer neutral color in Emma’s Pearl Girl section compared to the striking saturated color in Alyssa’s Flower Girl. I actually removed the backdrop completely for Sofie’s Diamond Girl for variation.

Fun Fact: One of the images from this Model Call actually ended up getting featured on the cover of Praze Magazine! This was my first published magazine cover, so this shoot will always be special to me.
